   We had a right to sue EIG in the Small Claims Division of the District Courts in the State of Washington (where we live) because EIG has a continued presence in the State of Washington and since EIG maintains a Registered Agent in Olympia, Washington.

   On 1/13/14, Joey Belk, our marketing manager from SEOGEARS, sent us an e-mail establishing an agreement with us in writing as to the FIVE KEY PHRASES (KEY WORDS we had paid $499.00 for) along with their respective FIVE WEB PAGES that SEOGEARS was going to market for our website. This e-mail also stated, “…it will take…3 to 6 weeks for the search engines to find the content we’ve (SEOGEARS) created on various sites”.

   A) It consisted of phrases that were taken out of context from the text of our website. Therefore it did not tell potential visitors to our website what our website is about, which is bullying. Thereby potential visitors who were looking for websites on bullying would not be interested in visiting our website.

   B) It was not per the meta-descriptions that Joey Belk and we had already agreed upon in writing via our e-mails dated 1/13/14 and 1/15/14 to use.  

   On 1/21/14, we sent an e-mail to Joey Belk inquiring as to why the DE-MARKETING META DESCRIPTION was on Google.

   In order to form COHERENT META DESCRIPTIONS, the Google search engine can only makes a meta-description out of text that is CONTINOUS. The Google Bot is only a machine. So for Google to take UNEXPECTED CONTENT, such as text taken from various different locations versus the same location of our website to form an INCOHERENT META DESCRIPTION, an individual has to INTERFERE with Google in order to do so.  

   Google states, “You should review the text to make sure that it doesn’t include UNEXPECTED CONTENT, which could indicate that your site has been HACKED.”

   On 1/26/14, we sent an e-mail to Joey Belk, Marketing Program Manager, to Jeff Scott, Vice President of Marketing, and to Eli, Director inquiring as to what work SEOGEARS had done for us for the month of January, year 2014.

   B) According to our agreement that Joey Belk and we agreed upon in writing per our e-mails dated 1/13/14 and 1/15/14 with SEOGEARS, we paid $499.00 for five specific KEY PHRASES that refer to five particular WEB PAGES in our website. Yet none of the HYPERLINKS in any of these articles link these KEY PHRASES to these WEB PAGES. Instead they all go to the INDEX WEB PAGE of our website or they do not even exist. This prevents the visitor from being able to navigate to the web page that he is interested in viewing. It’s like someone asking you to take them to the city of Olympia but instead you dump them off anywhere else in the state of Washington.  

   The reason why this is troublesome is because the visitor may not be able to locate the material on our website that he or she is interested in viewing.   On 5/23/14 we sent our letter of inquiry to Washington Secretary of State Corporate Division to get an annual report to establish who the people were whom we address a lawsuit to at EIG – Endurance International Group.

THE FALSE OPPOSITION 

   We asked Raynelle Sibel, who represents Endurance International Group (EIG) who refunded us the $499.00 we paid SEOgears to market our website if he was sorry for the anti-marketing and de-marketing campaign that SEOgears made for our website by using our own money.

   We never received any reply from him to our inquiry.

   However, on 9/26/14 we saw something from EIG on the Yahoo Search Engine.

   It ran as the following defamatory meta-description about our website from a so-called trythefedinstead character who is from the Endurance International Group (EIG) [See the BullCrap Busters Website’s section entitled “Cyber Bullying Web Page” under the segment called “Toilet Mouth BelchCrap Visitor” for further details]:

   “SEO Target Rank Aggressive – Failure to Honor Contract...

...These people are certifiably insane. Read the contents of the website
(bullcrapbusters.com) they are ‘marketing’. Nearly every week they bully some innocent person...”

   If one clicks onto this bad link one goes to the Complaints Board’s Website where EIG incognito as the trythefedinstead character is permitted by the Complaint’s Board to post his untruthful derogatory insults about the BullCrap Busters Website and onto the web page where the author of the BullCrap Busters has lodged her legitimate complaint against SEOgears for de-marketing and anti-marketing her website.

   After reading the trythefedinstead’s post, the author of the BullCrap Busters Website wrote the following post and asked the Complaints Board to post it just as they had posted the trythefedinstead’s post:

   The days went by but no one at the Complaints Board posted the BullCrap Buster’s post.

   So the author of the BullCrap Busters Website sent an e-mail to the editors of the Complaint’s Board about what she believed to be a discriminatory act against her BullCrap Busters website due to a censorship of her post. And she told them if they do not publish her post as they had already published the trythefedinstead’s post, she is going post them on the BullCrap Busters Website as the false opposition bully whom she believes they are.
